Q: Can you help me with my lash business start up questions?
A: While I love guiding new beauty entrepreneurs in their journey of launching a successful business. I am currently unable to answer all of them with a thoughtful response. If you need one-on-one feedback, please see my coaching services.
Q: Do you offer one-on-one training for Online Visibility, or help with Marketing or SEO?
A: My Lash & Launch Live Workshops are a great option for in person training on how to build a solid online visibility foundation for groups of 5 or more. If you need one-on-one guidance, my coaching or even taking the Lash & Launch course may be a good place to start.
Q: What lash adhesive do you use?
A: Right now I'm digging Eyelash Addict.com and I also love Lash Affair by J. Paris.

Q: What software do you use to schedule client appointments?
A: Currently I use Acuity
Q: What system do you use to accept in studio payments?
A: Currently I use Square
Q: Do you require a deposit to book appointments with you?
A:Yes, I absolutely do. After way too many no shows, and late reschedules and cancellations, a mandatory deposit became a must.
Q: Do you work from home or in a spa or salon?
A: I rent a space out of a salon currently.

Did you start out part time or start completely full time in the beginning?
A: In the beginning I was part time, because I found out I was pregnant with my daughter Ava. So I attempted to work in a spa part time to gain experience and learn how to run a beauty business.
That turned out to be waay too demanding as I was pregnant and only wanted to realistically do 15 hours a week. But their hours for (only doing waxing) was 10a till 7p... And...they were not fully booked. Soo..I spend many hours sitting around doing nothing. Not my ideal hours, so I held on for 2 weeks and quit.
